I think I would get one. which model is best? newer versions are not as good as the models vintage? I think I would consider intermediate. through alternative … if that narrows down at all haha. definitley not metal, country, or classic rock.
As for the TV most people will like me vintage models. 1952 was the year of gold for Telecaster. Of course, now have better technology and can do very good replica of the old models too. I'm not sure how much money you want to spend but I was recently in the market for a TV myself. A lot of things that determine the tone. Body wood is one. The best Telecasters are made of alder and ash. The vans to a comprehensive settlement. I Samarium Cobalt noiseless pickups and I am very satisfied with them. They cost a lot but they make a big difference. Also the bridge. I have a vintage bridge with brass saddles that I really like, with a chain through the body. I'll start at the top for you in terms of price and quality. If you have a ton of money I think the Fender American Deluxe Ash body is good. Ash is a large forest to the TV has noise free pickups, and a S-1 switch pills cables in series to achieve a sound meaty. The Maple American Deluxe is good too. It has the same specifications as the ash body, but only a different type of wood and finish for less money. Aliso sounds good also, although most players like ash tele. I think a great buy is the standard Fender Ash. It has an ash body and a chain across the bridge. I have tried in the Guitar Center and was impressed enough. The pills were appropriate, but if you're really picky you can upgrade. The only reason I did not was because I wanted a different ending. I guess I was being shallow. lol. I did not approach the standard Fender alder if I were you. A lot of people who receive, but I went with the ashes Standard. In fact, while shopping is the Fender Standard was only 400 and now the price jacked up to 450. He has not done that good and does not sound nearly as good as the standard of ash and have the same price. Then again it's your decision so here's a link anyway. What I ended up doing was to buy a Squier and update the parts in it and I love it! I have the Squier Affinity series. It is made out of Alder instead of a cheaper type of wood like most Squiers have. There is also a candy. Samarium Cobalt pickups put silencer on it, a vintage bridge with brass mounts, a 4-way switch, and turned it into a string through. For guitar parts together and came to about $ 400 and I am very satisfied with its sound. I tried a $ 1000 fender in the GC as mine recently and as much or more. So if you want to get and make the updates that I recommend. If you want to buy a guitar and not worry about updates that go with ash and if you really get a loaded American models of luxury. If your really on a budget just get the Squier Affinity and not worry about the updates. It is still quite good even without them. I hope you do not write much.
