Boat fender locks?

I bought a used boat(1992) that has fender locks on both port and starboard sides. Unfortunately they didn’t leave the key with them so I am at a loss as to which ones they are. The best I can tell they are Attwood fender locks. They are not the new Taylor or Perko styles. Does anyone know of another it may be?
