Should i get another bass guitar?
So i already have an gear4music bass that i got for christmas and its good but i really want to buy an fender jazz bass but my dad says i should get a stratocaster or a telecaster i already have an fender acoustic guitar and an electro acoustic Hofner that i sometimes use on my bass amp.So should i get the jazz bass

The Fender Jazz is a good bass. If you spend more time playing bass than guitar, I would go with the Jazz. However, neither your acoustic or electric acoustic will sound anything like a Strat or a Tele. If you want to play some electric guitar, I would get either the Tele or the Strat depending on which you prefer. I would guess more folks play the Strat than the Tele. But the Tele has a loyal following. I have both and enjoy playing both. I think I enjoy the Strat more, but that is my taste.
