People rubber neck …?
Today it is raining, fender benders everywhere and people Necki rubber must slow down or stop and nearly a thousand ahhh and the poor defense that sits at the shoulder. Perhaps the need to devote a full lane to peep shows. Make a highway lane 8 on each side – left lane and the right lane dedicated just for voyeurs. No one has any other ideas out there?
If anyone is aware of how to let me wish I knew. lol For Minnesota: What might act as the police get called on you, especially if it seems real. Once you got the number plate of a car the passenger put a gun out the window and was shooting at the houses along the road. I called 911 when I got home from work and turned in the gun seemed they shot real 'smoked' in a barrel. (And I hope that the police handled the teen more or less enough to let them know it was wrong, even false things like that). The 911 operator called me back in an hour and told me he had caught the teens in the car, and it was just a gun water. I was right to call, and the boys were in the courthouse waiting for their parents to pick them up.
