How do I install Pick up covers on a Gibson Les Paul Standard guitar??

I just purchased some pickup covers for my Gibson les paul and I was wondering how do you install them? Do you fit them over the top or do I have to unscrew the part around the pickups and place the covers on top of the pickups and screw the part back on? Please help , thanks.

They need to be soldered on and its not easy to do you need a big soldering iron if you make the pickup to hot you will f + + + the pickup up .
Get this done by someone that knows how to do it , Good luck
