Need facts on 2 diffrent gibson les pauls?
ok i was looking at the local guitar store and they had a 1953 reissue gibson les paul for $3,100 and want to support them….when i got home i looked online and went to www.guitarcenter.com and i found a gibson les paul classic for $2,000……which one should i buy……

The 1953 reissue is new right? Not a real ’53? If that is the case, then it’s up to you. The local store might come down on the price. Also, check if the ’53 has humbuckers, or the earlier P-90 pick-ups. You probably don’t want P-90s.
