Question about my Fender Jaguar?

I have a Fender jaguar but my friend says its fake. The head on the guitar is really weird because it is huge. it has no labels on it but the shape of it is that of a Fender Jaguar and i know that it was bought in the early 60s. Personally i think that it is a japanese remake of the fender jaguar and if it is how much would that be worth. The fender jaguar back in the day cost around 300 and the one i bought was 100. If i look on ebay a fender jaguar is going for 77 grand so would it be worth like 25 grand??? that would be freakin sick

yeahs its unlikely that that it is a real Jaguar.. if it doesn’t say fender, serial number or where it was made then its pro bally a cheap copy.. like my fender strat has the serial number, fender name on it and where it was made.. you could also take it to guitar center or your local music shop and let them check it out and they should be able to tell you
