"I can paint my guitar?

I a "toy" guitar Squier essentially … one … and they told me if you want to paint or thing in this mod … Do you have the lowest value. Im soon getting a ibanez or gibson .. but it seems a big change in my squier start painting just to make it look cooler. if someone could give me some things step by step how to custom paint my departure, I really appreciate … I'm not sure if I want to paint … but it seems fun and interesting … Thanks for any response! :) By the way, I love to paint and draw random things … So if I put it on a guitar … It would probably carefully. :)

1. If you are lucky enough to own more than one guitar, choose one that is less interest you, for example, the first electric guitar own Most people when they are young, is like a mirror by manufacturers such as Squire Stratocaster, Vintage, or Encore. These guitars are pretty cheap and there great loss if it is damaged. 2. Unless you have a large interior space, like a workshop available, most of the work outside, so the best time is to wait until the end spring or early summer. 3. Gang guitar. Relax your ankles and remove the chains. 4. Get a set of screwdrivers of various sizes, but it is likely that you will need 2 or 3 different companies screwdriver. On the other hand, found a box with partitions in it or a few small boxes, which you can store these parts screws and buttons and pins. If it helps, you can label them. 5. Using a screwdriver, remove the screws on the back of the neck of the guitar along with the body, then remove the neck if you have the body the guitar just for work. 6. Walk around the plate to zero, remove the screws and place in a small box in his case, Jack and remove the cover. 7. Ensure access a welder and know how to use it, or know someone who is ready to help later. Often in the home-style guitars, the son that connect to the power microphone input and pots (volume and tone marks) pass through a hole drilled through the body, which means you'll have to cut the child in order to eliminate kicker components and input jack. As it the best you can do is have stickers or colored tape, and the color code of 2 children, a 2 pieces of metal input jack which are welded, and cut the closest to the weld as you can, if you have the total length of the cable intact. 8. There may be (well, it should be) third wire, which acts as a simple ground wire that goes from the collection of the piece of metal in the back of the guitar in 3 or 4 springs attached. You will need to remove the plastic cover in the back of the guitar, and you'll see the label tape is necessary, then cut around the weld. Now you should be able to completely eliminate the striker, with pickups, pots and all electrical components still attached to it. Keep this section very safe from dust or static, just keep its own box with a lid with closure. 9. Remove all items from the metal body guitar wood, labeling for future reference if necessary. 10. Its body of the normal guitar, replica are generally made of acrylic paint inexpensive housing. Considerable effort is required to remove, unless you (or your parents) have a belt sander and sanding or oscillating. You can tighten the body of the guitar down to a desk, and use the belt sander with a medium abrasive sand belt to eliminate most of the areas such as acrylic plates in the front and back of the guitar, and the oscillating sander to work areas most difficult to access as the contours of the body. If you use the belt sander to take the wood surface a little uneven, to say that you make small steps in the forest, do not try to reconcile them with the belt or oscillating Sander, this will be done by hand later. Work carefully to what you have removed all acrylics as possible while the slightest contact with the wood itself as possible. Spray body heat and scratch the paint and finish. Usually works well and is much more sure a sander (which change the shape of the body). 11. Get 3 pieces of sandpaper, a coarse grade ('50 grain) quality support ("100 – 120 grit) quality and fine (150-170 grit) These numbers represent the size and density of the grains of sand and glass on the surface of paper, to be rigorous and 50grit 150grit be very thin. Working around the body with thick paper, standardize work measurements or defects caused by electric sanders, and remove any acrylic in places as the arc of cutting planes. 12. Work on the entire body with sandpaper grain means of ensuring that all contours flow properly, and, finally, sandpaper fine grain. The latter part of sanding should be at least 45 minutes to an hour, you have to work in the body thoroughly with grain paper end, until you can sweep the dust, and run her fingers over every contour, without even being able to feel the grain of the wood, all at once or not. 13. With a dry cloth and remove dust, then take a high grit sandpaper and wet. Wet sanding removes any oil from fingers and a better surface for painting. Rub gently with sandpaper guitar and let dry. Must be about ten minutes and is now ready for the paint layer. 14. Decide how you want to paint
