A guitar is a guitar is a guitar at this stage. The way you have it set up to make you feel comfortable playing it accounts for alot. One thing is to take it to a shop have the strings lowered, Use light gauge strings being easy on your fingers starting out. If all checks out good JUST WORRY ABOUT LEARNING! Later on you will know when you walk in a shop which guitar is right for you. You might want a heavy guitar or maybe a thinner neck or just a different sound. But you have to start somewhere and that is learning– Don’t Give up!
