gibson sg vs gibson les paul
Epiphonesg vs. Fender Start or Paul?
I have a Fender Telecaster at the moment, but I'm looking to get a second guitar, Gibson is too expensive for my budget right now, I play a lot of rock. What would be best for a rock guitar sg epiphone, Les Paul, or early wing. Also the guitar that would last longer and have better tone and overall quality
Compare Epiphone defenses that like comparing apples to oranges. () Most defenses use single-coil pickups, including that Stratocaster. Single-coil are ideal for cleaning or playing the blues, and can sound good with distortion. (Most) use what is called the Epiphone humbucker. These things are like two simple roll wrapped in one. They are perfect to play distorted, but not the best to play fair or nose. As they say I rock, I recommend Epiphone, but it comes down to how your sound is distorted. I suggest you go to your local guitar shop and try a Fender Start Epiphone SG / Les Paul through the same setup (amps, pedals, etc.) Choose the one you love in your direction, and this is your guitar. About what would more sustainable, Pauls are large and heavy and can take a beating. SG is the edge lighter and thinner and dual body is more likely to be hit in the joint neck. Defenses are also lighter, but more in the center. You should not have to worry about them will collapse unless this permanently (aïe!):) I hope this information helps you choose the guitar for you!
