Gibson Les Paul Classic vs. Gibson Les Paul Classic Antique!?

I am ready to upgrade to a Les Paul model, after spending several years with an SG (Gibson). I’ve done a lot of searching, and the two I’ve narrowed it down to are: The Classic and the Classic Antique (Vintage Sunburst for either). I want to get a very Slash-Like tone, so I’m going to get some Seymour Duncans to put on it. Which whould give me the better tone? Thanks!
Thanks, but I’m selling my SG and buying with that and any other dough I can gather up. $3,400 is WAY too much.

get the slash’s signature les paul!!!! its comming out on april 1st!!! no jks!!! its sooo nice!!!! i would get it but i have no money… plus it already comes with seymour duncan pick ups!!!

ohhh…too much? well i dunno, if your gonna switch the pick ups anyways, just go for whatever you think looks cooler…and seymour duncans definetly would still give you that slash tone, he has them in all his guitars! i would buy a gibson, then save up more for a slash les paul if i were you!

Sort of Killing Floor with a Gibson SG
