Gibson? The Ultimate Question?
I am definitely buying a gibson. No doubt. Even if I found out they lead to cancer. Anyway. I really want to buy either a Les Paul or the Angus Young Signature SG. The problem with the Les Paul is that there are so many and I really need help choosing. I play all different kinds of rock but I need something to play the occasional metal and jazz. Yes I know pedals cotribute. Please help me choose the proper model. I’m love the look of the Goldtop by the way. I love bands such as AC/DC, Led Zepellin, and Guns N Roses. (Coincidently the best Gibson users).
Oh yeah and I do play some BLink 182.

You can’t go wrong with any, The Standard usually come with Burstbucker pro pickups and will give you powerful old-school tones, The Standards usually have the biggest selection of finishes and colors over the LP Classic. I play the LP Classic because I like its thinner neck over the fat Standard neck and I loaded it with Seymour Duncan pickups (w/o the chrome covers) and removed the pickgaurd. It is heavy put it feels powerful in my hands. Good luck.
