where can i get this double necked guitar hero controller??!!?

theres this video of a guy in a pizza costume playing guitar hero in a garage with a gibson sg double necked guitar hero controller. i know that hes using a foot pedal to be able to play both sides on vs thats not what i need to know. what i want to know is where can i get one! or did he make it custom?
