I have a 1935 Gibson A-00 Mandolin.How much is it worth and should I hold onto it instead? How is that market?

I have tried to price it but sites about these instruments dont give any prices on many sold instruments, I was wondering if I should just hang onto it. If the appreciation of the value isnt really that great should I sell it now? I need help.

Having a 1935 Gibson Mandolin is quite an accomplishment to begin with. I’d hold onto it. Just take the tension off the strings a bit if you don’t intend to play it. That wil reduce stress on the neck.
