What will happen if I sell a replica guitar to a pawn shop?
If I sell a copy gutiar I have of a real gibson les paul, but it was made in china, to a pawn shop, if they find out After I should it to them can I get in trouble? What If I dont mention its a real or a fake one, then can I get in trouble?
If you purposely misrepresent it as a genuine Gibson, then you go to jail for fraud.
If you don’t say anything and they accept it as a real Gibson, then just have no integrity.
Either way, in the grand scheme of things you loose.
