gibson les paul pickguard
What type of Gibson Les Paul is this; how did he get his guitar chord like this?

Is it a Custom Les Paul? Because I can’t find any in this color, and the edges are also white. It has no pickguard. That’s the nicest looking guitar ive ever seen. >And how does he get the chord in the input jack to bend up like that? I have a chord like that but it does not dissapear like his does in the picture.

First of all , the Les Paul Custom has a Split-diamond inlay on the headstock.

The Les Paul classic has this inlay

The guitar he is playing in the photo is a Gibson Les Paul Classic and not a Les Paul Custom and it comes in Wine red. .The machine heads on the LP Custom are gold-plated or chrome-plated as well as the rest of the hardware. Just a thought ;)

The chord is a right-angle input which is why you barely see it and he is running the cable between the strap and the body at the rear.

how to take a pickguard off of your les paul
