What should I get with my money?
My mum forgot to get me anything for my B-Day in march!
And I got 6 A’s and the rest B’s,so my parents decided I should get a reward!
I’m big into music,I play guitar,piano,bass,drums,and music class makes my play the tin whistle!
So I might get the following:
*a Gibson les Paul guitar worth a grand (1000)
* an acoustic drumkit from Roland
*the mario kart for the wii and/or wii fit
*a new apple mac book at €1000
*a nice fancie set of golf clubs!
ect
I know you think I’m a spoiled brat but I rarely get such an opertunity and I must sieze the moment!
I had to work for 12 weeks to get my xbox and a further 2 to get some games!

For 1g, I think you should get several things.You can do a lot with a thousand pounds. Get yourself a good strat. You don’t even need an official, some of the cheaper models manufactured in Korea (not china) are actually as good in build and sound quality- You can get a decent new setup for as little as £250, cheap ebay practice amp for £30 ? Do you really NEED official Les paul unless you’re touring with gary moore? You’re buying it to play right? Not to pose with a brand name.
Wii- heh, no comment. Don’t like the console (sorry), not a hardcore gamers console, It’s a family system and a handheld ds lite is actually better imo. Need a new console, ps3 seems the way to go.
If you’re going apple, settle for a new ipod nano mp3 / video player and leave it at that. Again, not a fan. In my experience, macs are nothing but hassle. New pc for £500 would be just the ticket.
My advice is instead of one useful possession, get several.
