Need help finding the right amp for me! PLEASE?

Hi all, Currently I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio, I have saved for years and years and I love it! I have a Fender Blues Junior. What I want is to get a better amp that lets me do more than crunch blues aha. I Love Rock and Metal so it is not ideal. The smart money was looking around the 300-400 range as I have 200 and then if I sell the Blues Junior, which could fetch between 100 and 200. Expresses the desire of the tubes, but no one really knows Please amplifier Please help.
