Whats’ better a Gibson Les Paul Studio Vintage Mahogany or the Shecter Hellraiser?

have around $1,000 to spend, I wanna either get a Gibson Les Paul Studio Vintage Mahogany or a Shecter Hellraiser. I like them both a lot and the Les Paul Studio is $900 and the Hellraiser is $850. The Les Paul doesn’t have a whammy bar and the Hellraiser does. If I get the Les Paul then I’ll have a brand name like Gibson, but if I get the Hellraiser I could get a better amp. Also, the Les Paul doesn’t have a finish, the Hellraiser does. I’m into classic rock like Led Zeppelin, Santana, Gun’s N’ Roses, Aerosmith, and Queen, U know, stufff like that.

Play BOTH guitars and see which one feels better to you. If the Les Paul feels better, negotiate the price down. I mean its not the Only Les Paul in the world.

If you are only leaning towards the Les Paul becuae its a Brand Name….then get the Schecter.
