POLL:What are so special about gibson les pauls?

Okay, wow, its a guitar. many brands make les Paul’s too, like I have an Ibanez ART-100. I love ibanez ART 100, and a les paul look, and the slim and light Weight of an sg(even lighter/thinner than an sg), and to me, it has better and faster playing and sound than any gibson lp,or sg. what the heck is soooo special about gibson les Paul’s and sg? there’s a kid in my class, and hes a little show off jew bag. he acts hes all cool cause he has an authentic les paul, and he cant even play a good song. my ibanez ART-100 is just as good as any les paul…

many stars like jimmy page use them. they sound better,
