What should I name my new guitar?
A few days ago, I bought a Fender Telecaster, and it had a white pickguard, so I also bought a black pickguard, and a coffin hardcase for it. Now, it’s all black except for the neck and the headstock. I treat my guitars as if they were my children. They are very precious to me, and I take very good care of them. This explains why I name my guitars. I have a Gibson J-45 named “Mary”, A Fender American Stratocaster named “Seymour”, and now I have a new Telecaster. I’m thinking of naming it Becky, or Emily, or Zooey. Any suggestions?
Hello! Since you have kind of a blacked-out-coffin-contained theme, how about Morticia or Gomez (the Adams Family movie), Victor or Victoria (Corpse Bride movie), Skellington or Oogie Boogie (Nightmare Before Christmas), Igor or Scamper (Igor movie), or Charlotte or Templeton (Charlotte’s Web movie)? I think naming guitars is very cool, I just don’t have the imagination to name mine! Best regards, Dana
