Relacing Humbucker pickups?

can I replace Fender and or Gibson Humbucker pickups with Seymore Duncan Humbucker pickup
without too much modification to the guitar?

Depending on the particular model guitar you have, yes you can. Usually their is little or no modification needed to the body to make the switch.
