gibson exhaust on 4.3 s10- high flow cat sound better?

i have a 97 s10 with a gibson exhaust that was just installed. i have a stock cat on it right now and needs to be replaced because it broke apart and its not going to pass inspection. sound wise, would i be better putting on a high flow cat or the stock one?

I would go with the high flow should give you better performance.
