Buying a guitar 1.5K, need advice?
Hey guys, I live in Australia and I think buying a pretty decent acoustic guitar, because I want to go ahead with my old acoustic. Anyway, I live in Australia and went into a store to verify some of these guitars. I managed to reduce my options about few guitars. Epiphone Black Beauty, Epiphone Les Paul Custom, U.S. Charles Gibson, The Paul Epiphone SG Junior (do not know, maybe G-400) that I can do all this with an amplifier for about $ 1.5K (I've heard that there are slight differences between the SG and Les Paul sound, but I'm not sure why) So basically, if someone I can give some advice about the quality, price and more basically anything that might change my mind I am very grateful Thanks Sorry, I mean non-electric acoustic
I will add to Lester and Willy ….. The SG is the guitar neck and a safe *** pain because you have to hold the neck on hand with his kind touch. Are you frustrated after a while. Not a good buy. The LP is the largest one, blues rock sound through any SG. The pellet SG mast has a darker sound that just as the days of Saturday Iomi Tommy Black. I tried the Epiphone Black Beauty. Very good clean sound. As for the LP Junior I have an old LP Junior 1953 (original) and the sound is wickkkkkkkkkkkkkeeedd. It supports natural. Now. I have not tried the new model. Mine is a 1953-doubt and has never bothered test models in 2009. Extreme time stretching and I'm sure not the closest to my old LP in 1969 and 1953 Junior. Age improves the sound of a violin.
