The only guitar players! What are the best pickups for electric guitar? Barden, Benedetto, DiMarzio, or Gibson?

I'm building only an electric guitar for my nephew, and in fact two, one is a solid body, similar to a Fender Stratocaster, the other a hollow body, similar to a Gibson. It is a excellent guitarist and want these to be worthy of their skills.
