Could i do this, and not get into trouble?

Alright so first off i have some pretty kick ass guitars, among the list are a Gibson Les Paul Custom, Gibson Les Paul Standard w/ a really nice birdseye flame, and a Gibson EDS 1275 Double Neck. And i was thinking about putting them on craigslist for really low and saying like “i was going to take them to goodwill, but a friend said i should sell them” and post each one for $300 and when people try to get ahold of me just not answer my email or my phone (if i put it down). Could i get in any trouble at all, cause i think that it would be alot of fun.

Yep, you can get nailed on there for that garbage. You’ll be flagged and removed and people will post letting others know that you are a scammer. If someone takes it a step further and reports you, CL will get involved. It’s not definite that someone will report you but why take that chance. Get a life.
