gibson darkfire
I need a new guitar please help?
My old one is a shitty no-name one and I want a good one. I play well but only recreationally- no formal training- but am going to start lessons soon. As much as I would love a gibson darkfire, I am lookin at a budget of preferably under 1200. I usually play rock, country, or pop-rock kinds of things. I’m more of a riff kid than a chord kid ability-wise. What do you recommend that will last for a long time?
I’ve got an ibanez acoustic or “one that is made out of wood” already. I’m in search of an electric.
The Darkfire is a beautiful guitar,but man they are expensive. If you haven’t already played a telecaster style guitar, I would go to a music store and check them out. You can get an amazing, country and rock sound out of them. A lot of folks from those genres you listed play telecasters. Check out craigslist, i’ve bought/bartered most of my gear from clist.
