what’s better?

a Epiphone Les Paul with Gibson 490r humbuckers, or a Fender Stratocaster with 2 Fender Noiseless pickups and a Seymour Duncan little 59er bridge pickup, with a line 6 spider III amp

i’m not good with guitars but my friend’s in a band and he has the stratocaster. it looks good and plays well too.
