Which guitar company makes the best 12 string electric guitar?

Is it Rickenbacker, fender or Gibson? And can you point out a few models, especoally those that aren’t prone to warping.

I think I asked a question about a 660-12 for you recently. My Rickenbacker 360-12 was the best 12 string I have ever owned and the best I have ever played. I have never had a problem with the neck warping on any of my guitars, a Rickenbacker, a Fender or a Gibson. I suppose part of that is a matter of how I care for my guitars. If not cared for or not properly stored, any guitar neck can warp.
