flaring fenders

would be delayed if I get fender flares, road suspension and tire size stock?
I am getting new wheels and tires, tires file size of my truck is 29inch. I'm getting off-road suspension and flared fenders. I go with 32-inch tires, or stick with 29. I do not want it to look retarded. i did not realize I left out what truck I have. is a 1991 ford ranger. and I'm doing this off-road. and believe me, is not retarded. I'm making it PreRunner. The others who have saved (2006) has 29 "tires, stock. I think I'm going for 32. The tires (32 ") # index 2Etire http://nittotire.com/ 2Eterragrappler%% of the tire (16")% http://americanracing.com/wheels/details.asp?wheelid=138&name=Mojave 20and% 20Teflon ® & style = 3981 & desc = item 1% 20painted 20alloy% 20wheel% 20with% 20Teflon ®% 20finish% and the road section = ORT edge, called "Mojave" for American racing, part of ATX 29 and 32 to close out each other?
Therefore, you are doing this by SUV … if you're lifting it would be a bit useless, do not get bigger tires, but do not forget to look in your gear differential relationships as well.
