What is your opinion on Active Pick-Ups VS Passive Pick-Ups?

It all depends on the persons style and genre of music I know but I want to know your personal opinions anyways on the positive and negatives of mainly Active Pick-Ups. I have recently used them for the first time. I am a blues player now and to me they sound great! I’m getting a new guitar soon and I might get one with active pick ups. but am I missing out on great tone by using a Schecter c1 e/a instead of an actual Vintage Fender Strat? Any help would be greatful. I’d appreciate it if you told me your style as well, if any. thank you all and much peace and love.

you know the 1 rule of music is “if it sounds right it is right”.
active pickups need a battery so you gotta watchout 4 that- but they get less interference & output a better signal. but they do change the tone.
blues is traditionaly with passive pick-ups. the older traditional players (like John Lee Hooker etc) use hollowbody guitars. & mate they SCREAM!!! TRY A GIBSON 335 OR A EPIPHONE SHERATON. (one of MY favorites!)
then there’s the hendrix/srv blues – strat.
or jimmy page – les paul.
