Where can I find a specific Guitar tube amp volume box called the Elliott Tone Dial?

I have a friend who is looking for one of these “Elliott Tone Dial” volume boxes for his tube amplifier. He has a Fender Blues Deluxe and the volume is too loud even with the knob all the way down. The thing jumps from no sound at all to ear deafening loud. He doesn’t have the cash to buy a $350. hot plate, or power soak. We heard about the “Tone Dial” from a guy who jammed with us a couple times last summer, but he got it for a gift or stole it from somebody or something. Dude said he has been using his “tone Dial” a long time for live performances and it never did anything to mess up his amp. He said the volume box just lowers the volume nothing else. We loved his tone with it, it gave him the same tone at any volume. Any way please help, we’re tired of the jerk neighbors complaining.

We have the metal version of the Tone Dial, and it is bulletproof. Very nice product for way cheap!!
