Smashing Pumpkins guitar fan?

Is it true that fender is launching a Billy Corgan signature Start? If so, what are the characteristics special the same as the trucks and everything and when to be released. Also, what should I get guitar to get that pumpkin sound? As that the individual coils or humbuckers? Because James used a telephoto lens, a sg, and a Les Paul, while Billy is generally used that start.
