fender stratocaster fat strat
Is this a good beginner guitar or can I do better?

A lot of people say Squier are crap bla bla blah but I really dont see much other choice for the price range? I don’t want to spend more than £160 so is there any other options or is the Fat Strat a good enough electric? it has a humbucker so its better than the standard squier strat, also please dont tell me to get a Epiphone les Paul lol.

i used to have a squier when i started out. They are a good choice if you don’t have that much money.
the tone is kind of okay, but you can develop skills with it.
a good advice is to try out other guitars at a music store by brand
and see which one is really comfortable with you. but you might have to do that later on though.
