fender strat strings

Noticed that on My Fender Strat that the low E string is positioned lower on the bridge cant fix it can u help?
I noticed reciently that on my Fender Strat, that the low E string (on the bridge) is positioned about an 1/8′s inch lower than all the other strings, this is constantly hitting the humbucker when i palm mute notes and it goes out of tune every other note i play, this is very annoying and i tried to take it apart and fix it but nothing looked wrong, its all back together and fine but its just that low E string is messed up. if any of you can help me, i am very much appreciated.
Hello, Matt! You should be able to raise the saddle for the low E string at the bridge. Insert a small hex key into the screws, and rotate clockwise. Details on how to make these and other adjustments can be found at http://www.fender.com/support/stratocaster.php . Let me know if I can help further. Best regards, Dana
