Is this guitar worth $575.00? Fender Fotoflame Strat – made in japan 1995 issue?

I was thinking about purchasing a guitar for a long time and this one caught my eye, but I wasn’t sure whether it was worth that much money or not. So I come here for some answers . Here’s a few pictures of the actual guitar to give some indication of quality.
