fender strat 12 string
Guitar help/advise! Should I lower the actoin on this guitar?

The guitar is a Fender Strat. For example, when I am starting to play quite fast, and I hit a 12th fret A string, when I take my finger off it plays again because of the distance between the string and fret board. So it sounds as if I play that note and then an open A-string after. Would it be a good idea to lower the action on it?

I’ve never actually heard of that happening. You’re doing accidental pull-offs? That’s actually pretty awesome. But, yeah, lowering the action might help, as might learning to take your finger off more slowly (so it mutes the note). But remember, if you lower the action too far it will buzz.
