if i change my fender squire telecasters pick ups to fender usa telecaster pick ups …………….?

will it sound the same as a 800 pound fender usa telecaster

I think if you replace the pickups, pots and switches you’ll get great sound out of that guitar. I’m building a custom squier telecaster right now and I’ve posted some video of the modifications and step by step instruction on youtube. I’m putting a Duncan NOS 97 mini humbucker in the bridge. I found it on telecaster-parts.com. I’m waiting for it to arrive. When it gets here I’m going to post another video of how to install it. In the meantime check out the video of how to take out the pickups, control plate, jack, etc. It’s pretty informative!
