fender squier affinity tele
what type fo guitar strings should i get to get a sound like Coldplay?
i have a squier by fender affinity series tele, yes i know its not the greatest guitar and everything but its all i have for now. well anyway i was wonderin which electric guitar strings i should get to get a similiar sound to the guitar in Coldplay. Also that are compatible with other types of rock genres. also which guitar amp should i also get. anything from $100-$250 price range and that can possibly sound a whole school gym
Guitar Strings – these do not make a huge difference on sound. You can get different gauge sizes, but how they feel and play is the difference between string types and not really the sound.
Amp – $100-$250 is not going to get you a Amp that is capable of filling a gym with quality sound. You’d want a good 50 or 100 watt amp and you are not going get that for your price range.
See your budget stretches out at a Marshall 30 watt amp. Good amp, just not gym worthy with quality
