fender road worn basses
How can I get dents out of a guitar? They’re pretty bad.?

I’m trying to get some dents out of a Fender Deluxe Active Jazz bass. I don’t want it to look “road worn” and I really want them gone. Is there anything I can use to fill in the dents/chips/scratches?? It’s black btw.

Thanks in advance

Hello! You can do a reasonable job of repairing small chips and dents with a combination of wood filler, touch-up lacquer, wet/dry sandpaper, and polishing compound.
