How Do i fix the reverb unit on my fender hot rod deluxe?
Im not exactly sure what is wrong with it it just doesnt work. Everything else on the amp is in perfect working order. the reverb knob just has no respose. Anybody have any idea what the problem could be?
make sure that the cords running from the reverb tank to the chassis are seated properly. If there’s a tube just for reverb, swap it out for a known good one (with the amp turned off). I am not sure whether the hot rod deluxe has a dedicated reverb tube or not… also make sure that the footswitch is not shorted out. maybe try a different footswitch if you can get ahold of one; if the cord comes out of the footswitch, try switching the cord out for a known good one)
