What brand is this bass guitar?

A long time ago i bought this cheap bass guitar off ebay because i was just starting to play. It looks like a Fender Standard Precision Bass with the black body and white pick guard. the only difference is it has white pickups and the tuning keys aren’t big like most bases, they are the same size and shape as on a thunderbird. This bass has no serial number, no name, no brand nothing whatsoever. There is no writing on it so im just wondering if anyone might know what this is and why it has no writing on it.

anyone could have made this bass. there are tons of companies that make fender p-bass clones, so based on the info given, its impossible to determine who made it.
