How Rare is a 1983 Fender Precision Elite Bass Guitar?

Any help would be great cheers.

It is in fact a very rare item now. I searched for this on eBay UK and only one result came up. I also tried eBay.com as well and found only one item. They are not the same item though, but they are both the 1983 model. Both items are very expensive though. Take a look at these links;
