Fender American Deluxe Telecaster (2010 model)?

Has anyone had any problems with the pick-ups or the switching system of American Tele Deluxe? I have one I bought in 2007 and have had many problems with the front of collection and switching system. I see that Fender have the following in an ad on the new American Deluxe Tele. Sorry to see no one responded to this and unfortunately I do not know the answer.
