Fender Telecaster quiet harmonics?

Hey everyone,
I just got a fender telecaster (mexican), and overall I’m very happy with it. But one issue has been bothering me: the harmonics (particularly at the 5th fret) are quiet. Very quiet. As I incorporate harmonics into a lot of my music, I was wondering if there was any way to improve the volume I’m getting out of them.

I’ve been playing guitar for quite a while, and the harmonics come out loud and clear on other guitars (including acoustics).

The guitar is a standard fender telecaster made in mexico. Two single-coil pickups at factory heights. 3-way switch. The action is set quite low, but with no buzz or anything. Intonation (at frets) is nearly perfect – guitar tuner shows notes in tune at the 12th fret.

Thanks in advance for all your answers.

make sure that strings are new and good
as they age and wear, you will notice that it’s harder to get harmonics out of them

you will notice, that the volume of the harmonics, in the different positions will vary some
