Does anyone know where I can get the style changes and Kurt Cobian vol. tone plate a Fender Jaguar?

I just got a Japanese Fender Jaguar and I want to customize it like that of Kurt Cobain found model.I bridge DiMarzio pickups and Tune-o-Matic, but I can not find the volume custom ringtone volume the control board or the entire switch plate switch 1 switch 1 small and large Jazzmaster instead of 3 small switches, anyone know where I can find, or a place that sells parts to be published by a jaguar Kurt Cobain?
