Ibanez SA120 about the Mexican made Fender Start?

So I'll be getting myself a guitar and amp at some point before Christmas. Am a kind of a beginner, but I owned a guitar for over ten years. But anyway, I decided to * possibly * get the Ibanez on the initiation primarily due to the difference of one hundred dollar price. Plus there is something about which I like Ibanez. I am a lover of blues, jazz and classic rock think of what I would get totally against anything but a game (or a telecaster). But I like the heavier type of sound you can get with the Ibanez. This does not even matter because I'm getting a relatively cheap amp (150) to go along with it.

Hello, In general, I think it will doing and that is putting good thought into your purchase. I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Do not worry about $ 100. Get the guitar you want. Borrow extra bread if necessary. Over time you'll forget that $ 100, but never cease to regret that the guitar wrong. 2. Get the Ibanez, if that's the guitar that you like. I once saw a live video of Johnny Copland playing with Stevie Ray Vaughan. Johnny Copland is undoubtedly one of the most respected blues artists have come along, and guess what type of guitar I was playing … .. a self Peavy, Peavy a fucking. Not exactly what you imagine a "Royal Blues" guitar to be, but I was happy, so who cares. 3. Do not worry about the amp. Amplifiers come and go in your life. Most people tend to keep the same guitar for a while. So, put your time, money and effort in buying the right guitar. A year from now, will have enough $ $ saved for a great match amplifier. Overall – I would say a home or Tele will give you more of a classic rock / blues sound outta the box. But if you like the Ibanez, I understand. I think people overlook how some of their favorite players became what they were. Fro example, Keith Moon, Rock Drums icon on the right? Well guess what his biggest influence and passion was … Surf Music. He loved, I could not get enough of it. The next time you listen to The Who, you can really hear this. So somtimes it is a strange mixture of tastes and styles that creates something new. Perhaps it will be the nex Blues player who played an Ibanez? Could a new and fun to be sound. Good luck!
