recently whenever i re-string my way Fender Jazz Bass, I hear the noises such as cracking, etc, etc?

i take good care of my really low, it becomes to string bass frequently (once every 3-4 days) stress on the neck?

Unless you play live often then change the strings each week is more than enough. That's not even enough time to really resolve, but should not cause any damage.
