Yes, but it’s not going to be easy or cheap!
The Strat neck is a bolt on, while the Les Paul has a set neck that’s glued in. Beyond that, Les Pauls are a different scale length than Fenders. That means the frets on the Strat neck won’t be in the right place.
So, to do it you would have to have the Epiphone’s neck steamed out of the pocket, have the pocket cleaned and filled with wood to set the Fender neck at the correct angle, attach the neck, and move the bridge to match the scale length of the Fender.
All in all, it would probably cost more than the Epiphone is worth.
