Is this a good guitar?

It is a beginners guitar. That means that it is a decent guitar, not a good or great guitar. It’s purpose is to allow you to learn to play. You do not need a $5,000 guitar to learn to play.
I read the other answers you have received and some of them make good points. However, if you are truly a beginner, the quality of the instrument, assuming it stays in tune and is set up properly, is not paramount, nor is the quality of the sound. I have plenty of beginner students that have guitars that are really poor in quality. One has a nylons string guitar that a friend was throwing away. But it is good enough for him to start.
I do suggest that you go to local music stores and play, play, play. For $200 you should be able to find something good. Good luck!
